Today it was back at 199. I&#8217;ll keep trying. My records show that I was consistently around 180 in the 1990s. I know, that was 25 years ago, but it isn&#8217;t like it was my high school weight (165!).\u00a0 Sepi has me eating better. I&#8217;m not exercising besides walking a lot when I&#8217;m working.
